Coming up in February: a four day summit called American Competitiveness: What works. Prominent business leaders and policy makers are convening in Washington to draw attention to the brightest spots in the economy with the aim of replicating them and building a more competitive America.
Jeff Immelt, CEO of General Electric, will kick off the conference and innovators including celebrated chef and restaurateur Jose Andres and the founder of Honest Tea Seth Goldman will be among the speakers.
Along with Washington Post Live, The Brookings Institution, the Heritage Foundation, Ohio State and others are all working on organizing discussions for this critical topic. More speakers to be announced soon.
