The Hill Is Home checks in with the District Yacht Club — home of “Bullet Proof,” the infamous boat of former D.C. Council Chairman Kwame R. Brown. The club has not been all that happy about the recent notoriety, and no reportorial cameras have captured the vessel since yours truly snapped the above photo nearly two years ago. “Let’s just say we have not enjoyed the publicity of Kwame either,” said Commodore Eric Rowe.
