DeEvening Links: Higher fees, less service

The District’s Fiscal New Year is a-comin’ soon. That means city agencies are reminding us that, as of Oct. 1, residential parking permit fees will go up, the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library will start closing on Sundays, and a whole bunch of more narrowly impactful changes will take place. We went over all this during budget season. Try not to act surprised.
