The good doctor’s response is a model of nuance and reason, weighing the desires of drivers and the neighborhoods they drive through — recommended reading. Incidentally, this driver recently received his first speeding camera ticket, for $125, and while not pleased about it, he will now be driving more carefully down the 100 block of Florida Avenue NW in the future.
