With Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) now in the presidential race, Yahoo’s Chris Moody sees fit to explore a hypothetical: What if Perry is elected president and, upon moving into the White House, wants to get some exercise in his adopted hometown? Perry, after all, has a history of carrying firearms while jogging, and toting a gun outside of one’s home remains verboten here in the District. After consulting experts, Moody concludes that the ”legal barriers would be easily surmountable.” Or Perry could just go jog in Virginia.
