What’s quickly becoming the city’s most essential street festival takes place Saturday on H Street NE. Earlier this week, the Going Out Gurus shared some highlights from this year’s H Street Fest, which runs from noon to 7 p.m. between 8th and 14th streets: Music, beer gardens, tattoo and hoagie-eating contests and, of course, “art cars.”
