If you root for the Nationals, you can finally have a rooting interest in the All-Star Game with a straight face. They have the best record in the National League and are among the favorites to reach the World Series, and so tonight’s result could have a major effect on their chances. The team with home field has 24 of the past 31 World Series and nine consecutive Game 7s. Gio Gonzalez is expected to pitch the second inning tonight, with Stephen Strasburg likely to follow in the third. Talk about the All-Star Game right here.
