Game 120 discussion thread: Nationals vs. Reds

When Chien-Ming Wang makes his fourth Nationals start tonight, Manager Davey Johnson will feel more comfortable than he has in any of the first three. “I feel we’re past the danger zone,” Johnson said. He feels like Wang could throw as many as 100 pitches tonight, following Wang’s six days of rest after he took a no-hitter into the sixth inning.

Laynce Nix, batting sixth and playing left field, will face the Reds, the team he played for the past two seasons, for the first time since signing the Nationals. The Nationals will face Mike Leake, the kid Stephen Strasburg wants a piece of.

As always, talk about the game right here.
