Game 95 discussion thread

The Nationals go for the series win, and their second straight victory overall, against Atlanta in the third game of a nine-game, 10-day road trip.

Laynce Nix is back in the lineup hitting sixth and playing left field after taking yesterday off to rest his sore Achilles’ tendon. Catcher Jesus Flores gives Wilson Ramos, who belted a two-run homer in yesterday’s 5-2 win, the day off and will bat seventh.

Left-hander Tom Gorzelanny gets the start and faces right-hander Jair Jurrgens, who is 12-3 with a 1.87 ERA this season and 3-2 with a 3.25 ERA in five starts against Washington in his career.
