Ivan Rodriguez was scratched tonight with a “tweak” in his right oblique, a team spokesman said. The Nationals termed it a “precautionary move” and said he is available to pinch-hit or catch tonight, if necessary. Rodriguez was not available for comment before the game. Wilson Ramos will take Rodriguez’s place and bat seventh.
