Jayson Werth is out of the Nationals’ lineup today after he left last night’s game in the ninth inning with a mild groin strain. Werth anticipated the possibility he wouldn’t play today, but not expect the injury to sideline him for an extended period of time. The Nationals will face Diamondbacks right-hander Daniel Hudson.
