The Baltimore Orioles are in first place in the American League East, while the Washington Nationals are a game and a half out of first place in the National League East. Nationals Manager Davey Johnson shuffled the lineup around, hoping that it’ll make a difference. Left-hander Ross Detwiler, who is fending off a threat from soon-returning Chien-Ming Wang, takes the mound against right-hander Jason Hammel.
