Gio Gonzalez will try to continue his streak of 14 consecutive scoreless innings while pitching at Petco Park for the first time. (When he walked into the clubhouse today, he muttered, “Sick locker room.” It is pretty nice.) Because of the rainout Sunday, Gonzalez will pitch on six days rest, which he has struggled with in the past. Pitching with six or more days rest, Gonzalez is 5-6 with a 6.29 ERA.
