The Nationals play their first Sunday night game since Nationals Park opened in 2008. And, of course, it features the National League East-leading Nationals and the last-place Philadelphia Phillies. The Tampa Bay Rays lost on Sunday, which means that the Nationals could end the day at least tied for the best record in the major leagues. Jordan Zimmermann (1-2, 1.89 ERA) takes the mound.
