Who knew the start of this interleague series between the Nationals and Rays would lead to so many fireworks? Part Two begins Wednesday and the Nationals return to their regular lineup against right-hander Chris Archer, who is making his major league debut and faces Stephen Strasburg. Archer is 4-8 with a 4.81 ERA in 14 starts in the minors this season. Steve Lombardozzi is back in the leadoff spot.
