Nationals vs. Mets discussion thread: Game 90

(Charlie Riedel - AP)
Two pitchers take the mound on Thursday with sole possession of the major league lead in wins on the line: New York Mets knuckle baller R.A. Dickey and Washington Nationals left-handed regular baller Gio Gonzalez. Gonzalez credentials are impressive: 12-4, 2.93 ERA and opponents are hitting a measly .195 against him, the lowest in the major leagues. But so are Dickey’s: 12-1, 2.66 ERA and opponents are hitting a .211 against him, fourth-best in the majors. The winner could a major league-leading 13th victory.

As always, talk about the game here.
