Today’s Nationals-Mets lineups

Both Ian Desmond and Danny Espinosa, who went a combined 5 for 9 yesterday with two doubles, will be getting tonight off. Brian Bixler is starting at shortstop and leading off, while Steve Lombardozzi is at second base. Espinosa is likely because facing Mets starter R.A. Dickey throws off his timing for days to come.
