Nationals announce split doubleheader for Sept. 26 against Marlins

The Nationals will make up Tuesday’s rainout against the Miami Marlins on Friday, Sept. 26 as part of a split doubleheader. The make-up game will start at 1:05 p.m. and the regularly-scheduled game at 7:05 p.m. The two games will require separate admission.

Fans will tickets to the May 27 game can use their original ticket for the 1:05 game on Sept. 26. If fans cannot attend the make-up game, they can exchange their tickets for any “regular or value” game during the rest of the season.

The two teams will have to wait four months to make up the game because they don’t meet in Washington until the final series of the regular season.
