Tonight’s Nationals-Braves lineups

Evan Habeeb-USA TODAY Sports

The Nationals’ most anticipated series to this point of the season starts tonight, with Jordan Zimmermann trying to extend his recent dominant stretch — one run in 25 innings over three starts this month — against the Braves. There are no surprises in the Nationals’ lineup, which faces Gavin Floyd as a Brave for the first time. Last season, when Floyd pitched for the White Sox, the Nationals thumped him for five runs over 5 1/3 innings.
