Today’s Nationals-Cubs lineups

Wilson Ramos (Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports)

The Nationals play a Friday afternoon game at Wrigley Field the day before a doubleheader. Wilson Ramos is starting a day after his return from rehab. Manager Matt Williams flipped Ramos and Ian Desmond in the lineup. Ramos went 2 for 3 with a walk in his return on Thursday while Desmond went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts.

The fog is still hovering over Chicago but far lighter than Thursday’s night game.

Meanwhile, Fancy Stat’s Neil Greenberg makes the argument that Stephen Strasburg is the Nats’ ace.
