As expected, the Nationals are without Jayson Werth in the starting lineup for at least another day. Manager Matt Williams decided to do a little shuffling with a left-hander on the mound for the Pirates. After his stellar major league debut, Michael A. Taylor went 0 for 10 with seven strikeouts and is sitting.

So Bryce Harper shifts to right field and Kevin Frandsen gets the start in left. Danny Espinosa, who hits left-handers well, is starting at second base.
