Today’s Nationals-Mariners lineups

The Nationals will try for a sweep this afternoon behind Tanner Roark. With a right-hander on the mound for the Mariners, Nate Schierholtz will start in right field and Jayson Werth will serve as the designated hitter, same as Friday night. Werth loves to DH, and he’s had success in his career, including the homer he blasted Friday night.

One small note on last night’s game: If you were wondering about Bryce Harper’s sac bunt attempt in the fourth, that was Harper’s decision, not an order from Matt Williams or the coaching staff.
