Gio Gonzalez has already lost one pitcher’s duel against Roberto Hernandez this season. On Aug. 1 at Nationals Park, Hernandez held the Nationals to one unearned run in eight innings, despite several hard-hit balls by Nationals hitters. That would be the last start Hernandez made for the Phillies — they traded him days later. In four starts with the Dodgers, Hernandez is 2-1 with 3.52 ERA. Gonzalez, meanwhile, has been the victim of shabby run support and hasn’t earned a win since July 5. Talk about the game right here.
