Centreville parents sue Four Loko maker in son’s death

From today’s Post: Parents of a Centreville teen are suing Phusion Projects of Chicago, the maker of the alcohol-infused drink Four Loko, because their son died last fall after having two cans of the drink, the parents say. Bo Rupp allegedly drank Four Loko before going to a concert; Rupp’s parents say Rupp didn’t know the drink would make him intoxicated. After leaving the event, he sat down in the middle of a dark road and was struck by a sport-utility vehicle. Four Loko says the drink was intended for people over the age of 21. (The State of NoVa)
