More D.C. parents choosing to educate children at home

From elsewhere in The Post: For many parents in D.C., home-schooling their children became the best option when enrolling them in traditional schools was too difficult or expensive.

Our own Janice D’Arcy explains why more families are making this choice and what a typical day is like for children taught at home.
