Caitlin Shetterly, author of the memoir “Made for You and Me: Going West, Going Broke, Finding Home,” is answering reader questions today at 11. In her intro to the chat, she says of her book:

“This is not only the story of one small family — and the gift we got in coming home — but it is an American story about our challenges as a nation and our heart.

“And, to me, this is a story about what has happened to so many of us during this recession.”
