Sesame Street videos replaced with porn

(SESAME WORKSHOP)
From elsewhere in The Post: The YouTube channel of Sesame Street appears to have been hacked Sunday night. The channel was temporarily removed after pornographic videos were added to its line-up.

“It was unclear how long the content had been up,” writes BlogPost contributor Terri Rupar. “San Francisco’s ABC affiliate, KGO-TV, reported that one of the adult videos was eight minutes long, but that none of them included ‘Sesame Street’ characters.”

“Our channel was compromised and we are presently working with YouTube/Google to restore our original content,” Sesame Street said in a statement Sunday evening. “We always strive to provide age-appropriate content for our viewers and hope to resolve this problem quickly.”

The channel appears to be restored.
