The Family Dish: My daughter’s ziti

From the elsewhere in The Post: The good thing about pasta is that “you can come up with an infinite number of delicious ways to sauce it,” says All We Can Eat blogger Domenica Marchetti. Her tween daughter, Adriana, used one of these ways to create a ziti dish that includes a healthy dose of spinach for nutrition. The recipe also makes it easy for any cook to add her own zing to it.

“This is one of those recipes that you can change according to your mood, or the season, or what happens to be in your pantry. Fresh or dried mushrooms would be a nice addition; chopped Swiss chard could be used instead of the spinach,” Marchetti says.

Find out how Adriana came up with this kid-friendly dish and how your own children can make it.
