It truly has been a grand old party for the Republicans this week. Newt Gingrich continued to try to explain his Tiffany bling binge. A Republican in a special election in New York lost the race for Congress she was supposed to win. Tim Pawlenty jumped in the race for president. Michele Bachmann made noises about jumping into the race for president. And Sarah Palin announced a bus tour to make people think she’s running for president. That burning smell is a roaring fire in the belly of the GOP. Grab the Tums, y’all.
