Herman Cain started out the week claiming a vast left-wing conspiracy of racists were out to destroy him with unsubstantiated claims of sexual harassment all because he’s a black conservative. By mid-week, he’d acknowledged one of the two reported incidents, the existence of monetary settlements and pinned the blame on an adviser to Gov. Rick Perry. Today, we know of three women (two with formal complaints) and two settlements totaling $75,000. Oh, and let’s not forget Cain’s concern that China “indicated that they’re trying to develop nuclear capability.” Excuse me, but said indication was made loud and clear on Oct. 16, 1964.
