Herman Cain speaks at National Press Club after sexual harassment allegations surface (Live video, tweets)

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain will speak at the National Press Club luncheon Monday at 1 p.m. ET, less than two hours after he acknowledged in a Fox News interview that he had been accused of sexual harassment in the 1990s.
