Herman Cain has a problem. It’s not the lack of a ground game or a campaign war chest (though those are big problems), it’s that he has set the bar so high (low?) for campaign ads that, now, any ad that doesn’t feature him singing about pizza or some dude smoking a cigarette will be a snoozefest.
This week he went up in Iowa with a radio ad that touts his 9-9-9 plan. Best of all is this twist on the standard campaign ad line: “I approve this message but Obama doesn’t.”
