When: Wednesday, April 25 at Noon ET.
Where: The Brookings Institution in Washington
How to watch it: Brookings will have a live webcast of the speech (here’s the Brookings page on the event). If a feed is available, we will stream it here in Election 2012.
Brookings President Strobe Talbott and Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) will speak briefly before Rubio.
