No one was more surprised than the Washington journalists following President Obama’s speech when a member of the press interrupted the president mid-statement Friday at the White House.

Obama was speaking on the immigration policy changes his administration announced Friday morning when the Daily Caller’s Neil Munro shouted out his question.
