Bob White -- My bet for White House Chief of Staff if Romney is elected.

A bit of a jarring shift: after three emotional testimonials to Mitt Romney's faith and compassion, his campaign chairman came on to praise his business experience.
Bob White introduced himself as the candidate's "wingman" and focused on their work together at Bain Capital. But he too had a heartwarming story, about how Romney helped find White's missing teenage daughter in New York.
A longtime friend of Romney's, White has never given a speech like this before.
He was followed by Staples' founder Tom Stemberg, who talked about how Romney took a chance on the company and was a true partner to the firm.
"He recognized that efficiency creates consumer value," Stemberg said. Not exactly stirring rhetoric, but he revved up the crowd with a chant directed at Romney's critics: "They just don't get it."
