Two gigantic ‘Are You Better Off?’ signs — with the Obama logo forming the O — were featured at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is speaking.
A similar banner was in the background when Mitt Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul appeared on MSNBC Tuesday.
