Just as Mitt Romney's Swiss bank accounts came up over and over again Tuesday night, one phrase kept popping up on Wednesday -- that under Obamacare, "being a woman is no longer a preexisting condition."

It's a line House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) used back in 2010, before the health-care legislation passed, and it combines two goals of the convention -- defending that law and rallying female voters.

Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards is the latest speaker to trot out that line, along with a series of more original one-liners encouraging women to back President Obama over Mitt Romney. (For example: "If we're not at the table, we're on the menu.")
