Rep. Paul Ryan raised $1 million the second quarter and has more than $4 million on hand, so nothing here suggests that he’s in danger of losing his Wisconsin seat should President Obama win reelection. But obviously Ryan’s elevated status has been good to his challenger, former Kenosha County Board member Rob Zerban, in the politically divided district. Meanwhile, Ryan’s been busy fundraising for the presidential campaign. Zerban’s campaign hasn’t yet announced its cash-on-hand.
