Priorities USA, “Stick”
What it says: “If you take away early childhood education, slash K-12 funding and cut college aid for middle class families they won’t go far. Yet that’s exactly what Mitt Romney wants to do.”
What it means: In last week’s debate, Romney said he’s “not going to cut education funding.” This ad pushes back on that promise — using elements of Paul Ryan’s budget, which Romney has embraced but not adopted as his own, as well as a Tax Policy Center analysis of Romney’s tax plan.
Who will see it: Voters in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin, as part of a $30 million ad campaign.
