Mitt Romney’s foreign policy speech

The line that will probably get the most attention is Romney's charge that President Obama's first term has only made the Middle East more dangerous. "It is clear that the risk of conflict in the region is higher now than when the president took office."

"Romney spoke in confident and crisp tones, perhaps reflecting the intensive preparation aides said he had engaged in for the speech," reports Jerry Markon.
