Ryan suggests Biden is desperate

Paul Ryan just pulled out the big guns after Joe Biden tried to interrupt him several times on Medicare.

"Mr. Vice President, I know you're under a lot of duress to make up for lost ground. But I think people would be better served if we didn't keep interrupting each other," he said. And he said it with a smile.

Biden knows he has to be more aggressive than President Obama was last week to shore up poll numbers. Looks like Ryan knows Biden knows it too.
