Romney camp: Biden misled on Libya

In a statement, Paul Ryan's foreign policy adviser goes after Vice President Biden for claiming that the administration was unaware of security concerns in Libya. 

“Vice President Biden tonight continued the Administration’s pattern of misleading the American people about events in Libya," Dan Senor said in a statement. "He wrongly stated that the Administration was not aware of requests for more security from our diplomatic facilities in Libya. ... We need leaders who will be truthful with the American people and who are informed about vital issues of national security."

As our Fact Checker wrote Thursday night, the State Department rejected repeated appeals from officials on the ground for more security in Libya.
