Autoworkers get Election Day off to vote

In a Tweet today, senior Chrysler executive Ralph Gilles reminded the world that Detroit's "Big Three" automakers give their workers the day off to vote.  

Union and salaried employees of Chrysler, Ford and General Motors have not worked on Election Day for the past 15 years, due to a contract between the automakers and the UAW.
