Black Panther is back — officially

In 2008, Jerry Johnson, a member of the New Black Panther Party was accused of voter intimidation outside a Philadelphia polling place. The following year, he was charged in a federal lawsuit, though most of those charges later were dropped by the Justice Department. Four years later, a report spread across the country via Twitter that Johnson was back at the same polling place.

UPDATE: According to Fox News Johnson is a designated poll watcher, not an elected city committeeman as previously reported
