How Ohio’s provisional ballots could drag out the election

The Post's Wonkblog interviewed election-law expert Rick Hasen, who explained how Ohio's provisional ballots could lead to a weeks-long delay for the state's final results. 

Provisional ballots are used more often in Ohio than in most states. Experts have estimated that between 200,000 and 300,000 will be cast there.
