Mitt Romney has conceded to President Obama in a phone call. According to CNN, it was a  "short" and "polite" conversation.

"I have just called President Obama to congratulate him on his victory," Romney said as he began his concession speech at the waterfront Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. "I pray that the president will be successful in guiding our nation."
