Man arrested after running at Romney’s car

A man was arrested after charging Mitt Romney's car and heckling the former Republican presidential candidate outside the White House on Thursday.

In a CNN video, the man can be seen running up to Romney's motorcade and shouting at the politician through an open window.

Brian Leary, a spokesman for the U.S. Secret Service Office, said the man “became combative with a uniformed Secret Service officer.” He would not describe how the man interfered, but said Romney was not in any danger at any time.

Romney was at the White House to have lunch with President Obama, their first meeting since the election.
