Obama holding news conference to push Congress on debt ceiling

President Obama plans to call on Congress to raise the debt limit during a news conference Monday at 11:30 a.m., the White House announced.

This will be Obama's final news conference of his first term and comes as his administration readies an ambitious second-term legislative agenda including comprehensive immigration reform, an overhaul of gun laws and more negotiations with Congress on fiscal issues.
