Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-La.) has joined the roster of speakers at next month's Conservative Political Action Conference, the American Conservative Union announced Friday.

Jindal's confirmation for the event is not surprising: CPAC is a standard stop for Republicans with presidential ambitions, and the two-term governor and former congressman already seems to be gearing up to enter the 2016 race.

ACU previously announced Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush would be among the GOP brass speaking this year. The conference will be March 14-16.
