DSCC outraises NRSC in November

This post has been updated with the NRSC's totals

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee outraised its Republican counterpart in November, hauling in $5.1 million, almost $2 million more than the National Republican Senatorial Committee's $3.2 million total.

The Senate Democratic campaign arm ended the month with $12 million in the bank and $5 million in debt. The NRSC ended with no debt and $6.4 million in the bank. The DSCC got a hand from President Obama last month in the form of a trio of fundraising appearances.

Republicans need to net six seats to win back the Senate majority in the 2014 midterm elections.
